The Turkic World Category at Sosyalfest 2026: Contributing to the Common Future with Social Models

Organized by Karabük University, Sosyalfest — Türkiye’s first national and international festival in the field of social sciences — will be held on May 10–11, 2026.
One of the most remarkable sections of the festival will be the Turkic World Category Social Model Design Competitions.

Within this scope, citizens of the member states of the Organization of Turkic States who are over 18 years of age will be eligible to participate. These competitions, which reflect the shared identity, historical ties, and future cooperation potential of the Turkic World, aim to promote innovative ideas in social, economic, cultural, and scientific fields.


Competitions in the Turkic World Category

1. Turkic World Economic Development Social Model Design Competition
This competition encourages innovative social model proposals that will strengthen economic cooperation among Turkic World countries and develop sustainable growth and joint production models. Participants are expected to design applicable social models in areas such as regional trade, investment, and the digital economy.

2. Turkic World Scientific Cooperation Social Model Design Competition
The aim of this competition is to produce models that will contribute to the establishment of lasting partnerships among academic and scientific communities in the Turkic World. Original designs that promote knowledge exchange among universities, research institutions, and young researchers will be evaluated.

3. Turkic World Educational Cooperation Social Model Design Competition
This competition seeks to highlight innovative ideas for the creation of joint educational platforms, exchange programs, and digital learning networks across the Turkic World. Models that strengthen the awareness of a shared language, history, and cultural identity in education will be given priority.

4. Turkic World Socio-Cultural Cooperation Social Model Design Competition
This competition supports ideas aimed at enhancing the cultural heritage, common values, and social solidarity of the Turkic World. Participants may develop cooperation models in the fields of cultural diplomacy, youth projects, arts, and media.

5. Turkic World Political and Administrative Cooperation Social Model Design Competition
The goal is to develop sustainable cooperation mechanisms in governance, public policy, and diplomacy among Turkic States. The social models developed within this framework should aim to strengthen regional stability and solidarity.
